Users of this free trial version are not licensed to make commerical use of the 3D models created by the trial version. Those who purchase a license for MetroModeler can make unlimited, royalty free use of the 3D models the program creates.
The trial version has the same functionality as a licensed version, except that (a) the licensed version comes with 300 more materials (texture maps); (b) the licensed version contains twice as many of the various types of building layout files and city layout files used by the program. So you will see much more variety in the output of the program's Random Building Generator when you use the licensed version.
